Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Vibehaus (hereinafter, "the Seller") and the person who purchases products through vibehaus.store (hereinafter, "the Customer" or "User").
By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read, understood, and expressly accepted these conditions. If you do not agree with any clause, you should not place the order.

2. Purpose
The Seller sells personal and facial care products through the website. The characteristics of each product are described on its page. The images are for reference only; there may be slight variations in color or presentation that do not affect the essential characteristics.
3. Capacity to Contract
To place an order, the Customer must be over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract.
4. Purchase Process
- Select the products and add them to the cart.
- Enter your shipping and billing information.
- Choose the payment method.
- Review the summary and confirm the order.
- You will receive an email confirmation with the order number.
Our order confirmation perfects the sales contract.
5. Prices and Taxes
The prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before finalizing the order. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders already confirmed will be honored at their original price.
6. Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available depending on your country. All payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL encryption.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours. Delivery times and zones are detailed in the Shipping Policy. Risk is transferred to the Customer upon product delivery.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing any justification. Details of the procedure, conditions, and exceptions are in the Returns Policy.
Legal exceptions to withdrawal (Art. 103 TRLGDCU): withdrawal is not accepted for sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery — this may affect opened cosmetics.
9. Legal Guarantees
All our products come with a legal conformity guarantee of 3 years as established by the TRLGDCU (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). In case of non-conformity, please contact customer-support@vibehaus.store.
Additionally, we offer a 14-day commercial satisfaction guarantee under the terms described in our Returns Policy.
10. Liability
The Seller is liable for damages arising from defective products under the terms provided by current legislation. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in cases where the law stipulates otherwise.
11. Customer Service and Complaints

12. Data Protection
The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications
The Seller reserves the right to modify these conditions. Ongoing orders are governed by the version in force at the time of their confirmation.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with current regulations.
