Shipping Policy
Here you will find all the information about shipping times, costs, and zones.
1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to:
- 🇪🇸 Peninsular Spain
- 🏝️ Balearic Islands
- 🌴 Canary Islands
- 🇪🇺 Ceuta and Melilla
- 🌍 Other EU countries upon inquiry to hello@vibehaus.store
2. Delivery Times
We process orders within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Estimated delivery times once shipped are:
- Peninsular Spain: 10-15 business days
- Balearic Islands: extended times (12-18 business days)
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: extended times (15-25 business days)
These times are approximate and may vary during periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, sales) or due to reasons beyond Vibehaus's control (carrier incidents, weather, customs, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. They are clearly displayed before completing the purchase, in the order summary.
Free shipping on orders over €25 to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and the link to track it on the carrier's website.
5. Delivery
The carrier will make a first delivery attempt at the address you provided. If you are not available, they will generally attempt delivery again or leave the package at a nearby pickup point. Make sure to provide a correct address and a contact phone number.
6. Shipping Incidents
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or you detect any problem (damaged package, incorrect content, etc.), contact us at customer-support@vibehaus.store stating your order number and, if possible, photos. We will investigate the incident and provide you with a quick solution.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, we will reship it, charging only the new shipping costs.
8. Shipping Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the product during transport is transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery, in accordance with article 66 ter of the TRLGDCU. If the package arrives visibly damaged, note the incident on the carrier's delivery note before signing and notify us as soon as possible.
9. Customs (Shipments outside the EU)
For shipments outside the EU (when available), tariffs, VAT, or customs duties of the destination country may apply. These costs are borne by the Customer and are not included in the price shown.
