Returns Policy

At Vibehaus, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we make it easy for you.

Quick summary: By law, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract.

1. Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without needing to provide any justification.

Exceptions to Withdrawal (Art. 103 TRLGDCU)

The law stipulates that withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery. This affects opened cosmetic products. If the jar of patches is closed and sealed, you can return it. If you have opened it, we cannot accept the return unless it is defective.

2. Commercial Satisfaction Guarantee (30 days)

In addition to the legal right, we offer a 30-day commercial guarantee: if the product arrives closed and sealed and you decide not to use it, you can return it within that period even if the 14 legal days have passed.

3. Defective or Incorrect Product

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years. In this case, return shipping costs are on us. Please write to us at hello@vibehaus.store as soon as you detect the problem, attaching photos if possible.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to customer-support@vibehaus.store stating:
    • Order number.
    • Product(s) to be returned.
    • Reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 24 business hours with instructions and the return address.
  3. Package the product in its original packaging, unopened and unused (unless defective).
  4. Send it via the service you prefer. We recommend one with tracking.
  5. Once received and checked, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used.

5. Product Condition

For us to accept a return due to withdrawal or satisfaction guarantee, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging.
  • Unopened, unsealed, unused.
  • With all included accessories.

If the product returns with signs of use or without a seal, we may reject the return or apply a depreciation proportional to the deterioration, in accordance with Art. 108 TRLGDCU.

6. Return Costs

  • Withdrawal or satisfaction guarantee: return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect product: return costs are borne by us. We will provide a prepaid label or refund the cost upon presentation of the receipt.

7. Refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the product at our facilities. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard, we will only refund the cost of standard shipping (Art. 107 TRLGDCU).

8. Exchanges

We do not make direct exchanges. If you want another product, return the first one and place a new order. This is faster and cleaner.
