💚 About Eye Patches
Which one should I choose, Avocado or Gold?
If your priority is dark circles and puffiness, go for the Avocado version. If you're looking for radiance and an anti-wrinkle effect, go for Gold. If you want both, the Duo Pack is cheaper than buying both separately.
How long does it take to see results?
The decongestant and moisturizing effect is immediate. To visibly reduce dark circles, we recommend continuous use for 3-4 weeks (2-3 times a week).
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formula is gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. If you have a specific condition or reactive skin, we recommend testing it on a small area of your forearm for 24 hours first.
Can they be used every day?
Yes, but 2-3 applications per week are enough to maintain the effect. More does not mean better.
Can men use them?
Of course. The skin around the eyes works the same for men and women.
Can I use them during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Although the formula is gentle, we recommend consulting your doctor before using any new cosmetic product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How should they be stored?
Keep the jar tightly closed, in a cool, dry place. Tip: store them in the fridge to enhance the decongestant effect.
📦 Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all of peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. For other countries, please write to us.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 48 business hours. In mainland Spain, delivery takes between 10 and 15 business days; the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla have extended delivery times. You can consult the complete details in our Shipping Policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?
Write to us at customer-support@vibehaus.store with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will resolve it quickly.
🔁 Returns
Can I return the product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase (legal consumer right in the EU).
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product arrives defective or incorrect due to our error, we will pay for it. If you decide to return it due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available depending on your country.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through certified gateways with SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.
